What We're Looking For:

Are you an exciting director with a talent for creating captivating content? Do you enjoy interviewing and profiling individuals to capture authentic performances whilst creating aesthetically pleasing and different pieces? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead a project for a global banking client, telling the story of their internal design systems by showcasing the designers behind the scenes.

This is a 1 x camera shoot for online content.

Responsibilities:

As the director of this project, your responsibilities will include:

1. Creative Vision: Develop a unique creative vision for the video that not only highlights our client's internal design systems but shows the designs and their authenticity.

2. Interview and Profiling: Conduct interviews with the designers and other key individuals involved in the project. Capture their authentic stories and performances that resonate with our target audience, the global design community.

3. Visual Aesthetics: Collaborate with a small crew to create visually stunning and compelling scenes that complement the narrative and bring out the edge in the project.

Portfolio & Experience:

To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for directors with the following qualifications:

1. Proven Creative Vision: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to bring an edge to video projects, as well as your talent for capturing authentic performances from real people.

2. Interviewing Skills: Demonstrated expertise in conducting engaging interviews and profiling individuals effectively.

3. Small Crew Experience: Experience in working with a small, agile crew to achieve cinematic excellence.

4. Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crew members, designers, and other project stakeholders.

Budget:

£3,000 GBP as a buyout fee to include all pre-production considerations and meetings, 1 x shoot date, and to feed into edit up to V1.
